CC Libraries not working

After adding a paragraph style to the CC Library I can see the style listed. When I select a text frame, then select a CC Library style, the CC Library item highlights but the text box does not take the style. After I click on it (the CC library style) for a third time it applies the style. Not sure why it doesn't take on the first click. Any guidance?

Hi @kane_4997,

I tried reproducing this issue on my Windows 11 machine using InDesign 20.2, but everything worked as expected. When I applied a paragraph style from the CC Library, the text updated on the first click.

To troubleshoot this, I’d recommend resetting your InDesign preferences. Just make sure to create a backup of the preferences before resetting it. Ref: https://adobe.ly/446M3I9. If that doesn’t help, try signing out of Creative Cloud, restarting your system, and signing back in to see if the issue persists.

Thanks for the update! Could you try the troubleshooting steps mentioned by the expert and me? Resetting preferences and signing out/in of Creative Cloud might help. Let us know the update once you tried it, I would be happy to help.
