CC libraries will run on first open - allows one selection, then freezes. Affecting team of 4, all running newest versions.

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, especially since it's affecting multiple members of your team and has been disrupting your workflow for quite some time.

Could you please confirm the exact InDesign version/build and OS/version on the affected machines?

If you're on macOS, as a quick test, please try turning off Window > Application Frame, relaunch InDesign, and check whether Libraries continue to freeze. Another reported workaround is to keep a blank InDesign document open while working, so please try that as well and let us know if it makes any difference.

Please also try signing out and back into Creative Cloud on one affected machine and test again. If the issue persists, please go through the Creative Cloud Libraries troubleshooting steps outlined here:

Also, please let us know whether the same CC Library works normally in Illustrator or Photoshop. If possible, create a new test Library with a couple of assets and check whether that freezes as well. 

If the issue continues, please share a short screen recording showing the Libraries panel working initially and then freezing, and we'll investigate further.
