I recently upgraded from my Mac G5 (which died) to a nice new MacBook Pro.

I had a CC library with all my graphics I use regularly in InDesign CC 2018.

Now I have a new MacBook Pro, the CC Library palette is empty.

Can I get these back?

I am logged into creative cloud but cannot see them in InDesign CC 2018

An solutions please

You'll get you CC Library when you log in with your Adobe ID on the CC desktop app on your menu bar.

There is a little cloud icon at the bottom of the library panel. Click it to refresh your library.
