.ccx file installed into indesign but functionality not working

I have develop some functionality plugin in uxp and create package using uxp and install into indesign but functionality not working, please help how to debug what is the issue.

    Can you be more specific about what's not working? Does the plugin window appear blank, for example...?

     

    Can you create the minimum functional version of your CCX file to pinpoint the cause?

    Hi @ErinF , basically when we are directly right click on my .ccx file and click on open with UnifiedPluginAgentInstaller then install my plugin in Creative cloud but after restart my system install plugin is removed from inDesign, could you please help me for sortout this issue.
