CEPHtmlEngine problem resolve: DL224.zip missing

Hi,

In order to resolve the problem "High CPU usage due to CEPHtmlEngine" I need to change the contents of the "com.adobe.DesignLibraries.angular" folder as mentioned in Solution 2 here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/high_cpu_usage_cephtmlengine.html

In step 4, it says I should replace the contents of this folder with the contents in "DL224.zip".

My question is: Where can I download "DL224.zip"?

InDesign CC 13.1

macOS High Sierra 10.13.6

===

I've found a link to the zip file ("DL 224.zip", including a space character) in the Correct Answer to the following thread (it's for CC 2015, but I hope it will still work in CC 2018): https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1961935

The path on my machine for the CC 2018 version is different: /Applications/Adobe InDesign CC 2018/Adobe InDesign CC 2018.app/Contents/Resources/CEP/extensions/com.adobe.DesignLibraries.angular

And I fail to extract the DL224.zip file here: I am informed that I cannot copy various files into this folder.

I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As an aside, on my MacBook Pro, just a few minutes or so after quitting the CEPHtmlEngine, it usually appears again in the Activity Monitor's top CUP items. So contrary to what is stated in the thread linked to above, this not only happens when I restart the computer.

It depends, however, on what I'm doing. For example, when editing a paragraph style (rename it, change indent settings, whatever), the CEPHtmlEngine will start again, using up a lot of CPU; and when I quit this process (via the Activity Monitor), the Paragraph Styles window will be gone too.

So since I'm currently editing lots of paragraph styles, I have to quit the CEPHtmlEngine process every few minutes, which makes working with ID rather cumbersome.

Just realised you can find more hits on this forum when you search for "CEP HTML Engine" (three words). Apparently many, many other people have been having this problem for some years now, with no fix available.

I am now trying the link I've found in Re: Issue with High CPU Usage of CEP HTML Engine

Ideally, this would have been resolved with CC 2019, but I haven't tried it out yet since I fail to see any mention of this on the fixed issues page.
