Change Color of background not found in layers?

I'm not sure how else to describe this. I have a flier that we used last year and I am trying to change the border color for the flier from green to more of a blue. I cannot find the layer for the green color in order to change it. Is there any way that I can change the color of this backround border?

What am I missing?

I am including two pictures, one of the file with all of the layers and another with the layers marked invisible except for the part called Layer 1.

Can anyone make sense of this?

That color is most likely on a Master Page -- you will have to go there to change it. (Master Pages are at the top of the pages panel.

A side issue is that you are missing fonts for a lot of your text (Indicated by the pink highlight behind the text)

Even if I click on the master page I somehow cannot access that border to change the color or any other property. Is there something I'm missing there?

Have a look at Layer 2, see if it’s on there.
