The problem seems to be everything which is saved from excell has a rights problem. Indesign cannot read the file, what ever it is. As soon is i open the file in a texteditor and sat it again indisign can handle the file. So i was looking in the wiring direction, the problem is not the seperator (which i replaced in a text editor) the problem is more file based. I never had this issue on my mac. I have a workflow which works for now i hope to find out what is the problem

    Thanks for all the help!

Have you tried a sample? It should be putting quotes around the cell values to protect any internal commas. Otherwise, maybe you can save as a tab-delimited file.
