Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to change the color of the ruler marks "permanently"? I manage to change the color with each new project but it's impossible to make it permanent.

That setting can be set as a global default.
With no documents open, click on Layout > Ruler Guides, and choose your favored color.
Later when you open a new document, it will behave that way.
It will not change old documents retroactively.
