Changes made in InDesign Book not saved

Hello.

We are a team of 3 people using InDesign v18.2.1 and working in a local network.

Lately some of the changes we make in the InDesign files are not assumed when other person access the file.

I already contact the Adobe Costume Care – chat support (Case Number:  ADB-29188960-Z8J6 / Issue:  Performance) and they couldn´t solve the problem.
