Chiusura inattesa Indesign e danneggiamento file

Hi,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please share the corrupt document with me so that we can try to recover the document. You can add the file to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link through DM by clicking on my name.

Thanks

Thanks Rishabh for the availability, I’m really exhausted I tried to make every change I can. This is the link where I placed the file - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/168G56X97GjY7Jo5ljO_zvikqn7mxQWbt?usp=sharing

I tried multiple ways - each time it crashes

Added the file to a Book (File>New Book) - it was looking for a plugin something to do with a password - did you ever use a plugin to password protect the document?

Another method using File>Open and then selecting Copy - this gives an Error Code 6.

I tried Blind IDML script.
I tried Batch Export script.

Nothing has worked for me so far.

Hello - this is primarily a user to user forum - where we help each other out with issues.

For support you can find the Live Chat on the Adobe Support pages.

In the meantime
Can you let us know:
What version of OS you have
What version of InDesign you have
What your computer specs are

And what were you doing when it crashed or when it crashes in general is there a pattern?

Some troubleshooting tips:
If a document is not behaving well then try

File>Export

Choose IDML

Open the IDML in InDesign
Save the file as a new InDesign file with a new name
See if the issue persists.

----

Try resetting your preferences:

Windows: Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
macOS: While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.

Reinstalling rarely fixes everything - you can do a complete reinstall using the
