Choosing target (self/parent/blank) for InDesign buttons

Choosing target (self/parent/blank) for InDesign buttonsUsing InDesign CS4, in the Buttons panel, you can add a button action to Go To URL. I don't see a way to specify a target for that URL. Is this something that has to be specified in Acrobat afterwards when the InDesign file is exported to PDF?

this is still missing from inDesign CS5 too?!?!!

Looks like that feature is lacking in Acrobat too. Unless someone knows of a magic script that could make it happen, it's an oversight on Adobe's part and not possible.
