Clear Form Button InDesign Only for Specific Pages

I am working on a document with lots of PDF forms in different pages and is there a way to have a Clear Form button and only clears the form entries on certain pages, not the entire document.

Please help!!!

in acrobat you can select fields to reset but you can't select only specific pages
