Hello,

I created a PDF with hyperlinks linking to a youtube video.

When i download that PDF on my smartphone i can not click on the link with my my smartphone....

I realize all the the hyperlinks  i have in the pdf can be opened from a computer but not with a smartphone.

Do you have a solution for this please?

I just want people opening my pdf  with their smartphone to be able to click on the links writen in the pdf.

Thanks a lot!!

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Bob and Diane are absolutely correct. You may check out help article https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/how-to/self-publishing-online.html for more information about Publish Online. Hope it helps.

Could you try the document using Publish Online? It allows the document to be viewed through the smartphone's browser and supports all of InDesign's interactive features. Here are some examples of things that can be done with InDesign and Publish Online: http://bit.ly/PubOnCollection

Give it up, then. There is no way you can assure the client anything in a PDF will work on a mobile device.
