clipping mask in indesign 2018

Hello

I want to ask a question in indesign ... i downloaded free vector shapes with eps format  from freepik.com , i want to put a raster  jpg image in one of this vector shapes as clipping mask in illustrator ... how can i do this with indesign cc 2018

    In effect, InDesign frames are clipping masks.

    Use the Pen tool to draw the desired clipping mask shape (it must be closed).

    Leave it selected and choose File > Place to place your raster image in the frame.

    Or, with your raster image already placed elsewhere, select it and copy/cut. Then select your drawn clipping-mask/frame and choose  Edit > Paste Into...
