Close at startup loading

Hi Adobe, My Indeign can't open and auto-turn off on the start-up screen. The recorded video has been attached.
I restarted my indesign but It's the same.

Please advise.

    If Bob is correct, you should update Ventura to the current 13.6.2.

    Sounds like the Ventura bug that was fixed with 13.5.

    What operating system are you running?

    Upgraded to 13.6.1 (22G313) - let's see what happens next...

    Update: My indesign version is 19.0.1 when this bug happened I re-installed the older version 19.0.0
