Cloud document will not download/open.

My mac wont open a document i have been working of for weeks. It shows the progress window seen below for about 30 minutes and then the window goes away and the document never opens. Can anyone help me?  It is a huge file with 300+ pages.

Hi @kim_9712,

 

Hope you’ve been able to open the document after trying the steps suggested by the experts. If the issue still persists, could you let us know a bit more like the version of InDesign and macOS you're using, whether this is happening with other files too? Also, did to try reverting to an older version of the cloud document?

Could be a network related issue as well. Try downloading it on a different computer or using a different network

Maybe try logging out and in from your Adobe account? 

 

Do you have any backup copies?
