Cloud Storage - File missing - Adobe Indesign

Hi Everyone,

I was working on a yearbook in InDesign. I had saved my work in cloud storage, but this morning, when I tried to access my yearbook project, I found it was missing. I am unable to retrieve it, and I am not getting proper help from the support team. I have put in more than 30 hours of work over the last couple of weeks, and everything is lost. I need to print it as soon as possible for distribution. If anyone could guide me through this process, I would really appreciate your support.
