Collaboration with Indesign

I am working on a newsletter in an office and am looking to allow others to collaborate. I would like for others to be able to make edits to the Indesign document and for them to appear across all users. The edits do not neccesarily need to be live edits, but I would like for them to appear for all users. Is this possible with creative cloud? If not, is anyone aware of how to do this with pdf files?

    As Abambo states, the most seamless way to set up an InCopy workflow, but if this isn't an option, you can use PDF Comments.

     

    Share a PDF of the InDesign document with your colleagues and invite them to use you PDF commenting tools to indicate edits. You can then integrate these edits into the InDesign document using the PDF Comments panel (under the Window menu).

    That would be a task for InCopy.
