Color Issue printing to Epson Stylus Pro 4900

We've recently got a semi-used Epson Style Pro 4900, and it prints general prints decent, but now I'm printing posters and the coloring is really off.  I've experimented with the different printer profiles, I'm using PhotoGloss Paper 250 so I selected that, but for some reason my prints show as if black is either lacking or mission.

All cartridges are full and good to go so I'm hoping it's just a profile setting via InDesign.  Any help or direction would be great. Sadly, Epson is not that on it when it comes to support.
