Color setting between 2 InDesign Version

Hi

Working on Mac OS 13..3.1

InDesign version 2022

InDesign version 2023

Color setting between 2 InDesign version.

If I change the color setting in InDesign 2022 version without opening any document and change to  North Amercia web/Internet.

Then I open InDesign 2023 and check the color setting the same "North Amercia web/Internet" was applied in InDesign 2023

Why the color setting applies to across the versions.
