Colour's on InDesign document Exporting to a Luminous colour

Hi Guys hope you can help, 

When I am exporting my Indeisgn file to a PDF or JPEG the colours are exporting as a Luminous colour. Also when I place another Image into the document the colour logo in my Indeisgn document darkens. How can I stop this from happening and keeping the colour I want on my document. 

Additionally is there a differnce on how a screen is shows colour on an iphone compared to laptop?
