Colour separation for special colour are inconsistence

When exporting a InDesign-document to Adobe PDF/X-4:2010 for prepress/print, I get a warning about color separation inconsistency. When checking this out, it points to the ”cutting-marks” and to the document-info of the PDF (this is all outside the printing-area). It also warns about the system font Helvetica.

Do the printer’s marks that have been applied use the “Registration” swatch? They should.

Helvetica on macOS is nowadays a dfont used for the operating system. If you are exporting to PDF, this might warn you but should still work. If you are using “Helveticaa” dfont in your layout or it is part of your paragraph style definitions, then consider changing to some newer form of Helvetica that is not a macOS dfont. Maybe go to fonts.adobe.com and install Helvetica Neue?
