Colours desatured with transperant object

Hey all,
I know it's been posted a lot before but... just need a straight foward answer / solution
The colours on my document become desaturated when I add an object with transparency.
How do I fix?

But be aware that if your document is intented to be printed, actual colors will be “desaturated” as you see them now.

    Set your Edit>Transparency Blend Space to Document RGB and turn off Overprint/Separation Preview and Proof Colors. If you need a print preview, turn on Overprint Preview.
