Command Z not working on version 17.3

I haven't been in InDesign for quite a bit and just recently started to get back. I noticed that my command Z for the step undo doesn't work and is greyed out. I've attached the screen shot below... I don't know about you all but, I need my command Z.. Does anyone have any suggestions for troubleshooping?
