Commenting tools not working in online review

Question

Hi all,The commenting tools (pin tool, highlight text, strikethrough text, replace text and drawing tool) aren't working anymore in the online review (see attached screen shot). Only the general comment per page / spread is working. Which is pretty annoying because this way it becomes a big puzzle where the comments belong..Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this?Thank you in advance!

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please test that link in the incognito mode of the Chrome browser and check if it's working there? If it is working, please try resetting the browser or deleting cookies & cache and check again.

Addition:This bug seems to happen in the Google Chrome browser only. It's working in Firefox and Edge.
