Como resolver problema de compra?

Galera, assinei um plano com illustration e o indesign, porem quando tento acessar o indesign ele pergunta se quero utilizar a versão de teste ou assinar o plano.. E agora?

does this still happen after you updated the Creative Cloud App to version 5.8.0.592 today?

 

Here a screenshot in German I did today where it says that there is an improved feature for account issues included in this new version:

Version 5.8.0.592 released on 07/27/2022 (mandatory release)

  • Dark mode is now available on Windows.
  • Improved onboarding for new members as you install apps available in your plan.
  • Preview PDF files within the app.
  • Publish assets to your social networks via ContentCal.
  • Share a document with collaborators while previewing from within the app.
  • Resolve billing issues with your account directly in the app.
  • Resolve issues that could be encountered when migrating from Intel-based MacOS device to an Apple M1-based device.
  • Bug fixes and technical enhancements.
