Complete Crash on Start up

This is all I get if I press one of the three options the program will arrive for less than a second and then completely disappear. Then it will give me the crash report option. Where it says information it is loaded with information, I am not programmer though I can see some faults. I will attach both of these documents at the end,

Given the multiple times that I have sent this crash report to adobe, yes I understand I am using C6, though I purchased this program and it is broken, outside of re-indtalling the program- and adobe telling me they can not find an issue. (Like WTF did you say, dude is has been doing this for a month) One day perfect next day absolute bedlam. Can anyone help me please.

I am speaking to you adobe. I have been with you guys since Photoshop 7, so no I don't make you millions though I have been an avid supporter for 15 years please can you get me out go this mess.
