Complete InDesign Document is Blank

I am in the process of putting the finishing touches on a 40-page newsletter.  All of a sudden, all of my pages are blank.  The file size is 57MB, so I know my text and images are there.  I just can't see anything.  HELP!!

Duh - I figured out the problem - The layers were all turned off!

I'd go back to this morning's full backup copy, if you don't have one from midday.

    shot in the dark: turn off GPU in preferences.

     

    also, your versions of InDesign and macOS?
