Constant Loading Issue in InDesign: Unable to Select or Type Anything

I'v installed InDesign thru the creative cloud on my new laptop. When I open InDesign it's just constantly loading, the mouse has the blue loading symbol flickering next to it. I've uninstalled and installed but the problem is still there
