Contextual Alternates option does not show up when highlighting a letter.

Hi,

It was working until came back to work after new year holiday.

In Advance Type, Both

"Show for Character Alternates, Fractions, Ordinals, and Ligatures", and

"Show Adornment on Text Selection/Text Frame for more Type controls" are checked.

Language setting for the text box are set to "English: UK", also tried "English: USA".

Tried restarting Indesign and the Laptop (Macbook Pro 2012, on OSX Mojave).

Nothing works. Can anyone shine a light please?
