Question

Continuous, non-stop syncing for Libraries I use in InDesign

Only yesterday did I poke around in Creative Cloud (6.7.0.278) and clicked on "Cloud Activity" out of curiosity while viewing my libraries. There are only six libraries with a few very simple files in them that I've added including also very simple InDesign templates I created. I may have clicked on a sync button and the cloud activity indicator started its twirling. This morning I came back to that and saw that little twirl still going.

Is this normal, or is it stuck? If this matters from "About Creative Cloud" menu item:  Creative Cloud Libraries Synchronizer (CC Library) 4.11.13.

Also iMac desktop, Sequoia 15.6.1
InDesign 2025, v 20.5.0.48

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thanks. Whatever led me to the original post location seemed so logical.

Hello @maxglitz,

That does sound strange. Do you have any Antivirus/VPN running? If yes, try disabling them temporarily to check if it helps.
Also, try the suggestions shared in this community post (https://adobe.ly/47RrPE8) and let us know if it helps.

Note: Before trying to reinstall Creative Cloud or CC Sync services, please back up/export your libraries locally.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
