Convert a two page layout to single page for publisher

I have a book which is showing as a two page layout display and I need to send it to my publisher in a single page layout for publishing.

In case you have to change the INDD document then you can go into File>Document Setup and untick the "facing pages" option.

Export the document as PDF with the spread option switched off. That should work with your printer.
