Convert cell rows into cells

Hi, is it possible to quickly convert different paragraph rows inside a cell into a separate cell each row?Thanks!

I don't think you'll find a method to "quickly convert". The software just isn't designed to anticipate the need that way.

If I understand what you're asking, I would:

Select and Edit > Cut the paragraphs in question
Edit > Paste (to paste a new text frame containing the paragraphs)
Select the contents of the newly pasted text frame and choose Table > Convert Text to Table
Click OK, accepting the defaults in the Convert Text to Table dialog, to produce a new column of cells, each containing one paragraph
Select the new cells and Edit > Copy (presumably for pasting back into the original table, where you'll have to add rows, if necessary, and target the same number of cells in a single column to paste)

Reads like more than it is; could be done in maybe about 15 seconds.

Are you asking how to unmerge cells? Table > Unmerge Cells. Or how to add rows to a table? Table > Insert Row.
