convert fonts into paths

hi all! my text moves (sometimes just the text within the frame and sometimes the whole frame) when i convert fonts into paths. Why and how can i stop it?

Yes, that is absolutely unnecessary and you'll achieve better overall results. Almost all of the included PDF presets will embed the fonts into the exported PDF file. So converting text to outlines is not necessary.

Simple answer: Stop doing that.

Now, that said, if you tell us why you need to do this with full frames of text, we might be able to help you out, but generally speaking this should only be done for artistic reasons on small amounts of text.

to export a printable pdf i do convert text into paths. is that unnecessary?
