Convert Single records per sheet multiple records per sheet

Hi , I have an indesign file , pages that created by data merge ( Single record per sheet ) , saved it as pdf file

Is there a script to convert this indesign file or pdf file to new file with multiple records per sheet instead of creating data merge from the begining

The only other alternative I can think of, and I have no idea if it will work since I don't have a clue what your page structure is, is to try the TextStitch Script from Rorohiko: https://www.rorohiko.com/wordpress/indesign-downloads/textstitch/

Not sure why it should be such a hardship to just edit your template to allow for multiple records to fit (you put only one set of placeholders on the page, in the upper left, and InDesign takes care of the duplication according to your settings) and re-running the merge. You've already got a page set up with everything you need, right?
