Copy and Past pages

There is a better way to copy and past pages using alternative layout??? If dont, I would love a tool for that instead of opening the tab and telling the page, something like Alt would be awsome.

    I really appreciated the guide, but still being very laborius. Let me explain. I work with several books inside only one project, because they are separated in different sizes. So, sometimes I want copy some pages using my Alternative Layout, the same way I copy objects in Photoshop/ Illustrator. Selecting, hold on ALT and drag to copy. If I could do that on the TAB Pages, would be Awsome!!! ( Sorry about english, I am really trying to explain :/)  Well its just a suggestion to Adobe.
