Copy cell content from numbers(apple) to indesign table cells

Hello guys, I am trying to copy the content from numbers to a table in indesign. Inserted screens. Pasting is not following the copy pattern and also adds special character. Also, is it possible to pull data directly from the souce file?

Any help would be appreciated.

Legend

Export as TAB delimited CSV file then import then convert text to table.

You could also try exporting as Excel format.
