Correct formatting for 'mailto' in indesign

Hi all, i have an issue when creating a 'mailto' in Indesign for an interactive pdf.

It looks just as it should on my Mac Outlook, but no spaces on a PC outlook.

I have attached 2 screen shots and it's been tested on multiple machines.

Is there a specific way my code should be formatted for it to work across all platforms?
