cover image not displaying in Facebook - Publish online

Hi
I have been using "Publish Online" in InDesign for a while now and posting the link on Facebook.
Since around a month ago the preview image has stopped showing and been replaced with a gray box.
How do I solve this? I've been trying to debug the link without any success.

My guess is that Publish Online is blocking requests from Facebook. If so, that's nothing you can fix. Note, though, that if Adobe fix this your Facebook picture WILL NOT CHANGE because Facebook only tries once to fetch the page. You'd have to try with a different link to see if it was fixed.
