Coverting IDML files to InDesign files in InDesign 19.0

When I receive a translated IDML file and convert it to an InDesing file using Indesign version 19.0 random bits of the translated text disappear, it is there in the IDML file but not in the converted InDesign file. Are any user's experiencing similar problems and does anyone know how this can be fixed?

text could "disappear" if it is formatted in certain ways.

[1] Could be a GREP style where text is now, after the translation, is formatted with a character style that sets text to e.g. 0.1 Pt size, fill color to "None" and perhaps horizontal scaling to 1%.

[2] Could be text that now is formatted with Conditional Text where the applied condition is set to not visible.

[3] Overset text frames.

[4] Overset table text cells.
