Crash on startup, can't open Indesign 2022 on the latest update

Today randomly Indesign 2022 for mac has not been able to open, and provide any resolution for the crash. I've restarted my computer as well and it's running the latest version of Mac OSX 12.3.0

 

Please help me as I do not know what to do in order for the program to open.

Hi @R_Group,

I am mentioning some points that could be of help. Please try them.

  • Do you have any third party plugins/startup scripts installed? If yes remove them and then try to launch the application.
  • Try trashing the preferences.
  • Click on the report button and look at the crash report it shows before sending. It might give some clues on the cause of the crash. You can share that crash report here as well, maybe someone here might be able to provide some insights on it
  • If none of the above works, uninstall the application, cleanup using Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and then reinstall.
