Crashing in start up

Hi there,

Been having trouble with Indesign all morning, can't get it to open. It's crashing whenever I try and launch. I've tried restarting, logging out and back in, and uninstalling reinstalling.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Thanks!

Version of InDesign? Operating system? Has this version of InDesign worked before for you? Is it just this document, or does it happen for other documents?

If it's not just one document, try restoring your InDesign preferences for a start:

Trash, Replace, Reset, or Restore the application Preferences

If it's just one document, try saving as IDML to remove corruption:

Clean corrupt files by exporting to .IDML or .INX

CC 2017, Mac 10.10.5, yes used it all day yesterday, yes used this document yesterday. All documents are not loading, can't even get the app to launch. Just tried to launch Photoshop, and it's doing it too.

Have you tried restarting your computer? If that doesn't work, try going to the Creative Cloud desktop app (Menu bar on Mac) > "gear" icon > Preferences > Sign Out and Sign In again with your Adobe ID.

You can restore preferences (I referred how above) even if you can't launch an application.
