Create a list of paragraph styles and formatting used in a document

I would like to create a list of all paragraph styles used in a book comprised of 15 separate document files (chapters).  The original chapters were created over two years, by three comtributors, and the styles were changed slightly as they progressed, as well as a few other styles added by accident and then used.  I would like to standardize them globally before going further with the book.   Is there a script or a tool that I can use to create a text document that I can use in order to compare and adjust each documet?

Also, here is another script called Compare Styles (written by Evgenyus). But it compares different styles -- paragraph, character, object, table, cell -- in the same document marking the difference in yellow:

Here's my Export paragraph style description settings script. It is outdated a little: written for CC 2014 and many new features were added to InDesign since then. But I am planning to update it.
