Create documents in InDesign 2020

I am trying to create a new document in InDesign, but nothing happens.

I am also trying to open existing document in InDesign but nothing happens. 
The program starts but then nothing... Can´t open, can´t create documents.

 

Someone have a solution to this problem?

Which version of InDesign and OS?

How are you trying to create a new document?
If you seem to have an application corruption, maybe you need to reset your InDesign preferences
