create hyperlinks with page numbe

Is there any script to create go to that page number hyperlink. i have below text for eg which contains numbers in it. i will select that number and then i will run the script. the script will create the go to page number hypelink with the same pagenumber selected.

Why not use the built-in features that InDesign already has? Table of Contents and possibly also the Index feature?

    is there any script to create one, becaz there are total 1600 instances in my file. so every time acessing hyperlink option is too difficult. so i was looking of script for short cut.
