create new keyboard shortcut for a command thats not in keyboard shortcuts

Hi, I want to make a shortcut for the following command highlighted in the picture attached below, that i get when I right click on a style in paragraph styles, but there isn't such a command in keyboard shortcuts, is there some way that i can add it to the set, when i open show set? or maybe with some script?

I not a scripter, but I'd bet it can be scripted. Then you can add a keyboard shortcut for the script.

    Can someone please help me write a script for the following command: apply "name of paragraph style", clear character style. so i can make for this script a shortcut.
