Does anyone have experience creating a mobile-first email template in Adobe InDesign (for exporting as html)? Looking for insights/tips.

    You're wasting your time. InDesign is not suitable for this task.

    Use a service that specializes in this such as Constant Contact or Mail Chimp. You'll never get this right with InDesign given the multitude of email clients and webmail interfaces.

      InDesign natively is NOT a good voice for creating HTML like your example. Much better to is get the in5 plugin for InDesign made by Ajar Productions:
