Creating a New Folder when Packaging
I cannot find "Create a New Folder" when packaging a document anymore. It's like that optioned disappeared over the last few months. Anyone have an idea on how to get it back?

I have no such problems in InDesign 2022 (17.2.1) on Big Sur as shown below:
What version of InDesign? What operating system? I'd suggest restoring your InDesign preferences and caches as described here:
