Creating an editable PDF in indesign with the text still showing?

How can I convert a text box to editable text while still having the text show on the PDF? So it's not just clicking the box and writing new text, but editing the text that's already there?

what are trying to achieve?

Making a PDF from an ID doc, opening that PDF in a PDF viewer and the text should be editable in the PDF viewer?

Or what is your goal?

Please describe more accurate.
