Creating an Index not with page- but paragraph numbers

Hi fellow Indesign-Fans,

I'm trying to create an Index that gives out, not the page numbers, but the paragraph numbers of the corresponding entries.

I can't seem to find a setting that gives me that option.

Therefor, is there a standard solution to this problem? Or any other easy fix or workaround?

I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions.
